Forum: Digital Radiography Digital Radiography Our department will change from computed radiography to fully digital, any experience? The imaging process and workflow may be more effective, with improved image quality due to better post processing possibilities. Computed radiography is half the way to digital, so the changes are low. Digital post processing and storing costs time, but a lot of running and carrying the imaging plate do not apply. Thus the metric system did not really catch on in the States, unless you count the increasing popularity of the nine-millimeter bullet. - Dave Barry |
